Terms & Conditions for Product Exchange/Return:
- When returning the order (COD & Prepaid), the shipping charges that were paid will not be refunded.
- Any issue regarding delivery will be taken into consideration up to a maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date.
- The article(s) being returned for exchange should be unused, clean and accompanied with its original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition.
- No warranty/guarantee/exchange/store credit is provided for articles purchased during sale period. (Except when there is a wrong product dispatch.)

Store Credit Exchange Policy

Liberty is happy to provide you with a store credit equal to the amount of the same price of your returned product in your Liberty Wallet. (inclusive of taxes) You can use your store credit in order to book another product from our website, www.libertyshoesonline.com.

Steps to avail Store Credit:-

Step 1- Create an account /log in to our website using your current Email ID.
Step 2- Add any selected product to your cart.
Step 3- Upon check out, select “Store Credit” as your payment option.
In case, your order value is more than your wallet credit, the exceeding amount has to be paid via debit/credit card OR COD.

- Replacement against exchange will be subject to availability of the same product. In case, the same product is not available on website, then a credit note of the equivalent amount is credited in customer’s wallet.

No Cash Refund Policy:

Please Note: Liberty follows No Cash Refund Policy inclusive of the payment of the purchased items made through credit card, debit card, net banking or COD. The payment is non-refundable in cash.
