Ordering Policy

  • Our service is only available for articles which are shown in stock on our website
  • Only one article can be booked in one order.
  • All Orders, booked and paid for, cannot be cancelled.
  • No returns or refunds are allowed.

Shipping Policy

At Liberty, we take every step necessary to ensure your order is delivered accurately, in desirable condition, and always on time. Our shipping policy is as follows:

  • We ship orders on all week days (Monday to Saturday), barring public holidays.
  • We only associate with reputed courier agencies so that your order can reach you on-time and in the desirable condition.
  • While we shall make every effort to ship all items in your order together, this may be exceptional cases in which we cannot due to product characteristics, or availability.


Exchange Policy

  • At Liberty, we are committed to ensure complete satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
  •  In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any merchandise bought from the online store within 15 days from the original date of invoice. In this case, the article(s) being returned for exchange should be unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.
  • For exchange, please contact Customer Support
  • Please retain the invoice safely and intact since it will be required to give the same to the store while getting your product exchanged.


Claim Policy

Liberty Shoes are manufactured with stringent care and Strong quality control. However, there can be a few highly exceptional cases of defective pieces among the millions of products we manufacture and sell.

Should you notice a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly contact our Customer Support.

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. All minor defects will be considered for repair first and not replaced.

Definition of  Manufacturing Defect:

  • Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
  • Broken/Damaged Sole or Insole

 General Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Claims

  • All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by original Invoice.
  • For exchange/claim, please contact Customer Support.
  •  For Exchange or Claim, it is mandatory to have the article inspected by the store and to return the article to our stores, upon approval of exchange/claim.
  •  Liberty Shoes Ltd. will only offer a replacement against any merchandise available at the store, at the time of the exchange/claim being made.
  •  Replacement against exchange/claims will be subject to availability of the same product. In case, the same product is not available at the store, then replacement will be adjusted against subsequent purchase at the same store.
  •  The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged/claimed article, as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/claimed article, at the time of the exchange/claim being made.
  •  If the value of the replaced article is less than the original value of the exchanged/claimed article, there will be no cash refund or credit note issued.
  • If the value of the replaced article is more than original value, the store will recover the difference in cash against the sale.
  •   The decision of Liberty Shoes Ltd. would be considered final in all cases.
  • DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from LIBERTY SHOE for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, LIBERTY SHOE does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
  • In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact LIBERT SHOE at _its customer care immediately, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
  • Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the LIBERTY SHOE regarding the same.
  • The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that LIBERTY SHOE shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
  • All costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards any such charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
  • All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be delivered at LIBERTY SHOE within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation of the same from LIBERTY SHOE.
  • Safe receipt of defective product by LIBERTY SHOE shall be sole responsibility of the customer.
  • While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’ and reference of confirmation of defective received from Liberty Shoe must be given.
  • In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then LIBERTY SHOE shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original product is unavailable for purpose of any exchange, LIBERTY SHOE will get the same replaced by the product having similar price. In case the price of the exchanged Merchandise is more than the earlier Merchandise, Customer shall pay such difference. 
  • Merchandise to be exchanged must be in its original condition.



  • LIBERTY SHOE shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and proceed for the remedial steps as per its policy.
  • If the defective pair has been accepted by the Company as per its policy, it shall send the replaced product earliest possible, at its own cost.
  •  In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of LIBERTY SHOE.
  • LIBERTY SHOE shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.
  • Notwithstanding the above, LIBERTY SHOE is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. LIBERTY SHOE shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.



In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, LIBERTY SHOE is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, LIBERTY SHOE shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
