Return & Exchange Policy
Liberty offers an easy return/exchange policy. You can raise a request within 3 days of delivery if the product fails to meet your expectations
- Product should be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- Partial returns are accepted; you can request return for one or all products in your order, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for claim validation.
- For wrong, empty, used, or incomplete products, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for claim validation.
- Claims submitted without the unboxing video will not be eligible.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for customer returns. Only the product value will be refunded.
- In case of exchange and return only size level change is possible we will not accept any change in article and color.
- If the customer raised the exchange then customer will only get the exchange order he will not get any refund.
- In case of exchange order if the product got out of stock then he will get the gift card only.

Our standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, though this duration may extend depending on the location and courier services.
Refund Policy
- In case of prepaid refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once the shipment marked return is picked in our system.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging.
- Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for international customers due to high shipping costs.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be provided in terms of Gift card. The validity of the Gift card will be for 1 year from the date of accrual.
Note: We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage. Avoid using the product outdoors before deciding to keep it.
